Avoid Extra Costs And Unnecessary Disappointments By Using Computer Generated Images

Nowadays even any respectful kitchen company is usually suppling CGIs to help their own sales and to show you how your kitchen will look once built and assembled. The 3D renders (made by kitchen companies) are usually quite rough, but still give a good idea of the finished product, even if they are not very precise in detail, concentrating just on the product that is being sold. In any case, even not too good CGIs help clients understanding much better than 2D technical drawings how their project is going to be, ensure them on the design and let them feel also keener to buy.

In my experience, CGI are a very good instrument (obviously not only for kitchens), because they can serve buyers and developers in a way nothing else can. Once the CGIs are done and revised , builders and all professionals will have a much clearer understanding on what they are meant to achieve in a way that 2D drawings can never serve them. I am not the first person to say that an Image speaks a 1,000 words! And with clearer instructions even quoting a job and working on it becomes easier and faster. All this results in huge savings for Clients, who can also hold to their expectations showing these images to their suppliers, for example when choosing all materials and interior finishes. The all process becomes easier, for builders and suppliers, once directions are dictated by the agreed outcome, clearly visible on picture. And what better than a picture to show you and sell a space?! (well nowadays maybe Virtual Reality but we will come to that later on).

A lot of mistakes can be avoided! Imagine choosing a bad wall paint colour that doesn’t match the fabric of the sofa for example, or the kitchen top. Changing these afterwards would cost a fortune! Why not instead visualise these before, and then demanding all professionals to stick to the plan?

Mistakes like this may regard not only colours, but also shapes. Imagine for example to be undecided between a more modern dormer or a flat roof window, once this is in place, changing it would cost you a huge amount of money, and not only you would need to buy both products, pay the planning application twice, the brickies twice, and get extra dust in the house, but probably you would also need to stay in the hotel for a couple of weeks more at least (if you are refurbishing your house). While instead having commissioned a photorealistic 3D render you can check both options in place in advance, have no stylistic mistakes done, and save maybe also some time during the fitting process.
