Now imagine with a £1,000 you can build 2 different images of the same living room with two different designs, add it on Instagram, Facebook, or advertise it wherever you want and get a market response even before you start building it. All you needed to do was CGI images first which would have helped you save on building costs too. Start advertising the house even before building it, you could check the market response to your design or have it changed before actually placing the first brick, saving yourself a lot of money and stress.
